In the beginning...

No I am not going to start at the VERY beginning...wow that would be a book or two...BUT that does bring me straight to the reason I have started this blog...many family and friends have continued to say that I need to write things down, and I would have a book! I kept thinking okay, really?!?!? My life has some interesting points, but to write or blog I couldn't imagine...BUT THEN...God spoke to me..He said you need to write, and I kept asking Him, where, on what, when and for who.

He quickly answered the for who..for Him..for His glory and His love...HE gave me this journey I am on, and He gets the glory and praise for all of it...I was still left with the where and on what and when to start...but then a few close friends told me to just "blog" ..it is for me and God, and the people I share my life with.

So after MUCH prayer and waiting for God's confirmation here is my blog...now I am sure for some that it seems a little overboard to pray over whether or not to blog, but not for me...

for me, I LOVE to write, but I feel like maybe just maybe a little bit TOO much of myself would come out, then I thought maybe that is what God needs from me, and maybe that is why He is walking through this with me!

Soooo here it is "BEHIND THE DOORS...OF MANY COLORS"

I feel I should explain the name...Behind the Doors came from the fact I send family updates via email, and recently felt a name was needed..and when I share it is what is behind our doors....and adding of many colors came because my life is filled with many different roles, and directions...and many colors fill our days..some days are filled with my favorites and other not as much, BUT God has given me these doors of many colors, and He just ask I follow Him through each one...that is going to finish my first entry, but along the way I promise to bring you into my life, for all it is, and for God's purpose and Glory...
